There is a full kitchen available in the Krumm Center for serving catered or carry-in food only.
- We have a 30 cup coffee maker if your want coffee. You must supply your own coffee and make sure that the coffee pot is cleaned and put away when finished.
- You must provide your own plates, silverware, and table cloths.
Client is responsible for complying with all laws regarding alcohol and it's consumption. No beer kegs are allowed.
The individual or organization scheduling the event will be held responsible for the conduct of it's members or guests as well as the liability for charges that may be incurred for the damage they may cause. If damage is incurred, the responsible party will be billed accordingly.
A $200.00 deposit applies only to the Krumm Center and is due at the time of reservation. Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the day of the event for the return of the deposit. Arrangements for picking up the key must be made at the time of the reservation. Rental fee is due when the key is picked up.
The Krumm Center rents until midnight. All cleaning needs to be done the night of the party. All areas of the center and kitchen must be cleaned.
- Any dishes and leftover food items need to be removed from the center.
- Floors need to be vacuumed
- Trash needs to be taken out and liners replaced (liners provided). The trash should be left at the kitchen door.
- Deposit will be returned if room is left in satisfactory condition.

Monday thru Friday
All day: $75.00
Half day: $50.00
(7am - noon) or (1pm - 6pm)
Saturday, Sunday, & Holiday's
June thru April: $100.00
May: $200.00
Gazebo Rental Fee
$50.00 per day
